PeopleSoft implementation for financial services firm
A financial services firm needed assistance to design, setup and configure their
new PeopleSoft General Ledger and Accounts Payable system. DBI's consultant helped
the initiative succeed by defining project plans, completing project change control,
resolving issues and coordinating data conversion to the new restructured ledger.
Acting as a liaison between the IT department and Corporate Finance, the DBI
consultant worked to ensure that expectations were set appropriately and deadlines
were met consistently to provide a product that eliminated data redundancy and
more easily allowed future application upgrades.
