Quality Review Program methodology for
financial services firm
A large financial institution needed help developing and managing a Quality
Review Program for mission-critical applications testing. A DBI project manager
evaluated the project scope, test results and testing documentation to create a
methodology and templates that could be used to conduct each review session. The
review process resulted in significant audit findings.
By the proposed project deadline, the review team had successfully identified and
corrected significant areas of concern. Regulatory bodies overseeing the
activities of this large financial institution approved of the approach used to
ensure compliance with the U. S. Code of Federal Regulations. In the end, the approach
and review process were successful and all deliverables came in on time
and under budget.
