DBI offers two medical plans provided by Medica and pays up to 75 percent of your premiums, as well as a portion of your deductibles, depending on which plan you choose.
DBI pays up to 75 percent of your Delta Dental premiums.
DBI pays 100 percent of the premiums for a 1x annual salary (up to $200,000) policy. DBI also offers a supplementary plan employees can pay for via payroll deduction
