Health insurance

DBI offers two medical plans provided by HealthPartners and pays up to 75 percent of your premiums, as well as a portion of your deductibles, depending on which plan you choose.

Dental insurance

DBI pays 75 percent of your Delta Dental premiums.

Life insurance

DBI pays 100 percent of the premiums for a $50,000 policy, and offers a supplementary plan employees can pay for via payroll deduction.

Short-term disability insurance

DBI pays the full premium.

Long-term disability insurance

DBI pays the full premium.

Training

DBI pays for all company approved training.

Paid time off (PTO)

You receive 17-27 days of Paid Time Off, depending on your industry experience and tenure with DBI.

Paid holidays

DBI pays you for six national holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Flexible spending accounts

Up to $2,000 can be taken out of your paycheck on a pre-tax basis for medical expenses and up to $5,000 for dependent care expenses.

401(k) program with a company contribution

New employees are automatically enrolled in DBI’s 401(k) program at three percent.

Tuition reimbursement program

DBI will reimburse you for company approved classes that directly relate to your job responsibilities.

Employee referral bonus

DBI pays you a referral bonus if we hire a consultant you referred to the company.
