In his role as DBI Consulting’s Recruiting Director, Mark Gronning utilizes over 15 years of experience as a technical recruiter, staffing manager, recruiting director and national recruiting director. Mark is responsible for finding resources who share the DBI passion of serving our clients.

Mark has worked both in large, international organizations and small, start-up companies—including Computer Power Group, NueVista Group, Spherion and Robert Half—and he has always focused on quality and integrity while helping companies grow their IT staff.

Mark believes strongly in simplicity—he doesn't complicate things and listens closely to each candidate's needs and desires.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He has a passion for the game of golf and many other outdoor activities.
